The ZWILLING TAKUMI series carving knife lets you enter a whole new dimension in your kitchen – both at home and in upscale catering. The 23 cm blade consists of 100 layers of premium steel and an FC 63 core. It features Honbazuke honing by master craftsmen to enable fine and cleaning cutting of the most exquisite foods. The rounded edges, the individual damask pattern and the Micarta handle result in a very high-class overall impression.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
Your item must be in the original packaging and not be used. It must also be in the original packaging.
